Develop Dialogue with Intuition

Like many of us, I’ve blocked myself from receiving intuitive guidance. My old way of communicating was to only communicate with Life/God after I had applied lots of effort and strain to do everything myself, and I was at my “wit’s end.” I kept expecting to receive more intuitive information, but I didn’t know that I wasn’t holding up my end of the conversation. Stress Blocks Intuition

Like the sound of static while trying to tune in to a radio station, stress is the static that blocks our ability to clearly receive intuitive messages. When we allow thoughts of worry or fear to inundate our mind, and feelings of inadequacy or doubt to fill our bodies, we say to intuition, “I got this. I’m doing everything I can. I’m working on this situation by stressing. I don’t need your help. I’m busy.”
