We need to apply knowledge, so it becomes wisdom through experience. Affirmations offer knowledge, and if we choose, they can be a stepping-stone for our personal growth. “How?” Wisdom comes through applying the affirmation to our self and our circumstances—aka learning.
Affirmations can work like medicine. They can raise our vibration, ease anxiety, heal our hearts and minds, and salve our soul. However, medicine only works when it is taken. Our weekly affirmations may be taken as a spoken mantra that’s read out loud, chanted, and sung. Affirmations may also be printed and viewed, downloaded as a screensaver, and repeated aloud as often as possible throughout each day and week.
