Heal Emotionally
Heron’s Nest Retreat #4
Emotional care isn’t taught in most American schools and families. Instead, emotions are criticized, punished, neglected or abused. Because of this, emotions and feelings get buried deep within your unconscious mind and your body’s systems, but you’re no longer aware of how you feel. You may even think that you feel how everybody else “seems” to feel, so when “they’re happy, you’re happy.”
More than eighty percent of decision-making is based on unconscious emotions. Although these emotions are not in your awareness, they limit the ability to experience health, life, yourself and others fully. When emotions are unconscious, relationships will be superficial, and you’ll feel alone and misunderstood (even by yourself). When feelings are unconscious, you are also at risk of suicide, depression, anxiety, fear, hate and more. When you bury our emotions, it’s like burying part of yourself alive.
When it’s time to bring your emotions back to life and feel accepted, appreciated, understood, noticed and cared for, join Angelique at The Heron’s Nest.
The following are included and available. If you do not wish to attend all experiences, the fees remain the same and may be transferred to another service.
