There may be times when we’ve experienced stress for so long, that it’s become “normal.” Like the proverbial lobster in a pot, when we first we enter life’s waters, they may be cool. As the burner of life beneath us lights, warmth (stress) rises and is relayed to the water in the pot. As its temperature slowly rises, so does our stress.
No matter how much we have and know, part of us may also be searching for something more. Although we may deeply appreciate all that we currently have and know, it’s also part of our inborn desire to want to create, manifest, be, do and have more.
Do we look to others to support our physical, mental and/or emotional well-being? If so, we may not know how to “be there” for ourself.
No matter how well thought-out our endeavors, life may neither consult, nor agree with what we have planned for our day. The question is, will we choose to act based on our plans, or will we choose to act based on what we notice arising within and around us in this moment?
Like us, Nature moves, changes, grows and communicates. We are not separate from what we call nature. By being aware of ourself within nature (and therefore our connection to it), we become open and receptive to her messages.

We feed on nature’s fruits, then nourish her soil with our process. We need each other to survive. We aren’t just a part of nature, we are nature. Are you ready to observe and learn about yourself through nature?
Nature is more than just a pretty place. We can experience joy and personal growth through nature, by simply learning to observe nature with kind curiosity. We can also learn to value our integral part within nature’s symphony, as we are a living being within the interplay of all of nature’s life.
To clearly experience intuitive guidance, we need to be free and open to receive. Just as we may drop our house keys when our hands are full of grocery bags, likewise, we may drop or miss key intuitive messages when our mind is full of tasks, topics and to-do lists.
